A place away from the middle. Away from the noise of the bigger resort areas. Delicious and fresh food & drinks. The view is top. Ambiance and lighting is natural and well lit. Mezcalito de maracuya. Que delicia.

Jr was so kind and great with allergies for our little ones. He taught us about the community and was incredibly helpful at describing menu items/flavours for us. The food was fantastic and affordable. They accommodated our large group and even let our girls feed the fish.

I've been to Mauka three times now, and it hits the spot every time. The views are gorgeous - we like to go at sunset and get that pastel sky! I think its really fun to sit at the lounge-like tables. It's a great spot to have an evening of dining, lounging and drinking with friends. The seafood is delicious. They have this tuna chorizo on pan con tomate (it was a special). I have never had cured tuna chorizo before, so I thought that was a standout item! The fish croquettes are another one of my favs (we've ordered it every time). Desserts are great too. Service was great. They suggested some awesome items and wine pairings with our dinners.

One of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was amazing. Best Tuna Tartare. Very please to have found this place on our trip. We will be talking about this meal for years to come.

This the way to spend a day at the beach! Such an amazing afternoon and experience spent Mauka. The space is stunning, comfortable and very cool. We sat a low table right at the front of the restaurant in the corner that was perfect for our group of 6, where we could watch the waves and the whale that stopped by to say hello! The wine list was lovely, lots of great choices of not your typical wines. We tried an amazing bottle of orange wine from the Baja - perfection. The food kept coming and each dish was unique, fresh and flavourful. My 2 favourites were the bulgur/couscous salad and the tuna tartar on a brioche toast - but every dish was soooo good! Our server Layla was a delight, as was the rest of the team. I cannot stop thinking about this day - cannot wait to return!!

An absolute little gem on the beach! 10/10 drinks, food and service! If you have the pleasure of being served by Junior, you will have the best day ever!! Highly recommend!! Especially the espresso martinis!!

In one word: perfection! The new beachfront Mayuka Restaurant is bright and airy with a design that highlights the beautiful architecture combined with a backdrop of the ocean. It’s chic and fun, with an element of sophistication. Offering a variety of seating options you can choose to sit directly on the beach with your toes in the sand, on the upper patio, or in the open dining room sipping cocktails while watching the sunset. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktail menu is extensive. The food was outstanding. The service was excellent. The vibe was relaxed and intimate. And once they add more chocolate options to the menu, it may just be my new favorite place.

Excellent service and very accommodating to our family of 12. Set up a table for us even before they were open. Junior was an amazing and informative server and spectacular ocean view made this a perfect venue.
